On the same date the son-in-law takes the obligation before his father-in-law naaleh Elieser Liepman bar Yechiel Michel Mok, that in case his spouse [Elieser Liepman's daughter] might die before her father, he will return these seats which were gi ven in return for alimony of the father-in-law, to the f.-in-law without argument and without any cost for the f.-in-law, and the f.-in-law does not have to pay anything for the alimony extended; however the son-in-law won't have to provide fo r a dowry of 100 Reichsthaler for his niece in this case.
