Hannover and take a loan for the amount of fl. 3000,- from katsin kh r"r Jochanan ben hr"r Moshe z.l. from Hamburg for the duration of 6 months, and as collateral they introduce 5 seats, they own in the great synagogue.

Hannover and authorizes his sister's son Naftali Hirts ben khr"r Elchanan from Hoorn to arrange his engagement to the daughter of rosh katsi n pum khr"r Moshe Krumbach from kille kodesh Metz, and he will be the committed person for his nephew, and in case the prospective groom will not keep the marriage date as agreed upon, then he will be obliged to pay the fine according to the amend ment on the dowry of fl. 2000,- Rheinisch, this on condition that hr"r Moshe has taken care of the commercial goods which are expected[?] and they have become his and belong to him, according to a list sent previously, an on the instant that th e goods will be received in his hands etc'

Hannover and appoints aluf katsin torani khr"r David Cohen, and his friend & br.-in-law aluf Jokeb m.h.l. or his son-in-law/father-in-law[? ] R' Eli' as his emissaries to stand trial with aluf Juzpe Jokeb Jeel on the claim aluf Juzpe Jokeb Jeel has against him.
