The agreement: starting on the day of Meijers death a Company will be set up between his widow Eva Ezechiel Cohen and his son on the following conditions:
The company will be run by Isack. As long as 10 or more children are under age and unmarried the profits will be equally shared between Eva and Isack. After that, for every child that dies, marries or comes of age, 10% of Eva's half of the profit s will be deducted and go to Isack. The company will exist as long as there are minor unmarried children.
If Eva remarries while one or more of the children are minors, she will not receive any profits anymore, they will be used by the guardians on behalf of the minors.
Finally, if Edel Joseph Levij, mother of Joseph Isaac and grandmother of Isack Meijers decides not to go and live with Eva or Isack, she will receive 8 guilders weekly, as long as she lives, out of the Company's profits.
