Carl Henry VAS DIAS, birth 14 Jun 1920 Philadelphia, Usa, died 9 Jul 1996 Burlington, New Jersey, Usa, son of Henry Marinus VAS DIAS and Edith AGNER
Carl and Ellen were married in 1943 during the War. He was the second son of Henry. They went to High School together and then he joined the airforce and was trained as a pilot. He became an instructor of pilots flying the A-T 6.

He had been stationed in Iceland and worked as a mechanic on the planes there. After qualifying for pilot's training he returned to the states after sixteen months of freezing conditions in Iceland.

When Carl died they had been married for 52 years. to:
